How do I place an order?
Choose your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your payment securely at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate exclusively online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries, including the U.S., Spain, and other regions. Available shipping options appear during checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days depending on location and courier.
A tracking code will be sent via email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
In some cases, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available.

Can I pay in cash or on delivery?
Currently, we only accept online payments.

Can I change my order or address?
Orders can be changed or canceled only before they are processed. Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

How do I request a return or refund?
You have 7 days for returns and 30 days for defective products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Track your order using the provided tracking code. If the delivery exceeds the estimated time, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
