Refund Policy

At BIG STORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Timeframes

• Not satisfied with the product: within 7 days of receipt.

• Factory defect: within 30 days of receipt.
  Visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photos or videos of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered misuse.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Returns will not be accepted for modified or altered items (e.g., adjusted watch links).

Once the returned product is received and quality inspection is approved, you may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product available in stock, or

• Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty

All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage after delivery (scratches, cracks, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Improper accessory use.

• Normal wear and tear (oxidation, battery reduction, fading).

• Resistance tests not recommended (drops, pressure, water exposure).

BIG STORE does not provide technical repair services or authorized assistance.
